Sage Smudge Stick

Sage sticks or smudge sticks as they are sometimes referred to have been used for thousands of years as part of a spiritual ritual to clear or release negative energies and cleanse the air around you. 

Sage is known for having antimicrobial properties which is why people have used them for years as a cheap and natural way to cleanse the air from the likes of bacteria, viruses and fungi.

Instructions for use...
Light the end of the smudge stick and gently let it flow around the room, when you have finished stump out the sage using a plate ( make sure the sage stick is fully out before leaving unattended)
