Refund policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. 

Boss Birds Parlour is not responsible for the cost of the return postage. All Items should be returned to the returns address below via a recorded delivery service which will allow tracking of the item or a signature. Proof of postage must be obtained. 

If you return your purchase after the 14 day return policy we will not be able to process your refund. All refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive your return.

Personalised items and jewellery are non refundable unless faulty. 

All items must be returned in original packaging with labels and tags attached and in new condition.

Faulty Items

Any faulty items received must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.

Any faults which develop after the 7 days have a maximum of 30 days from the purchase date to be exchanged or refunded.
